Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our handmade merchandise for any reason. All items are final sale. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Damages and Issues
Any items received damaged or that break within 3 days of arrival are eligible for a replacement or store credit, dependent upon item type and availability. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the claim is not made within 10 days of delivery, or there is no photographic evidence, the items will not be eligible for replacement or refund. Each item is handmade, so small imperfections may be apparent. We will not replace or refund any items for small imperfections, as we will only sell items that are up to our standards.
